City of Lights Parade

Since Eli is a Tiger Scout, he was invited to march with his Pack/Troop in the City of Lights parade.  I decided it would be more fun to drag the trio through the parade route than stand around in the cold and watch the parade.  It was a bit chilly and super windy so I think we made the right decision!
We decided to decorate the choo-choo wagon to get in the spirit of things!

Santa is actually our amazing neighbor, Mr. B.  You might recognize him from our yearly party pix. 

 

The wagon itself actually lit up!  We had some technical difficulty because the frigid air froze the sticky things we were using to hold the panels on the side of the cars.  Nothing a little packing tape wouldn't fix!  Just like they say, "Be prepared!!!"
