Cape Trip 2013 Day 1

Surprise!  We got a new van!  Her name is Beauty (aka Black Beauty).  We got her the day before the trip.  This was super convenient because we couldn't pack anything ahead of time or put the car seats where they belonged or put on the roof box.  Yay!  Not stressful at all!

So, once we were packed up, locked and loaded, we headed out!  We had J and Amy following us so we left a bit later than we usually do because we didn't want to scare them off!

I wish we had a black roof box.

It would match so much better!

After a bit of a hold up at the Dennis Town Hall for our beach sticker, we finally got to the beach!!!

Then we had to go for our daily post-beach treat!  ICE CREAM!!!

We went to Ice Cream Smuggler and ate inside...without high chairs!  Phew!

 

Then we got to the house, unpacked, got changed and headed out to dinner at Seafood Sam's!
